Open Position Information: Staff Camping Staff

Job Summary

The Staff Camping Staff supports the daily operations of the staff camping lot by assisting with on-site needs including perform regular checks of showers and restrooms, troubleshooting container and utility issues, coordinating RV pump-outs and water fills site-wide, and other tasks as needed. This role is primarily afternoon and evening shifts and requires someone who is reliable, observant, adaptable, and friendly. This position is a key point of support for staff campers and the lot managers, helping ensure everything runs smoothly.

Essential Functions
Monitor the staff camping lot to ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality
Perform hourly checks of showers and restrooms
Troubleshoot container and utility issues
Check staff into containers and assist with late arrivals when necessary
Coordinate RV pump-outs and water fills site-wide
Assist Staff Lot Managers and other on-site managers as needed
Maintain a friendly, approachable presence and positive rapport with staff campers
Communicate issues clearly and escalate when necessary

Required Qualifications
Proficient in Google Drive with a strong working knowledge of Google Sheets
Able to keep clear, organized, and detailed notes documenting daily lot activity and any incidents
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible, adaptable, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks as operational needs change
Friendly, dependable, and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
Comfortable working afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends between 4/8/26 and 4/26/26
Experience working on-site at events, festivals, or campgrounds preferred
Familiarity with RV systems, generators, or temporary power setups preferred
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Pay scale: $20.00 per hour

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
