Job Description - Staff Carpenter

Housewrights, a premier residential design-build firm, specializes in delivering high-quality new homes, additions, and remodeling projects to clients throughout south-central Wisconsin. We pride ourselves on offering an exceptional design process and a seamless construction experience, all supported by a team of personable and professional experts.

Our commitment is to deliver well-designed, high-performing residential solutions that combine functional precision, technical expertise, and inspiring aesthetics—all while maintaining a strong focus on value. We are currently looking to grow our team with Staff Carpenters.
STAFF CARPENTER
Staff Carpenters work closely with Lead Carpenters to assist in remodels and new home construction projects. This role is ideal for those with some carpentry experience looking to grow their skills in a supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Some experience in residential construction or remodeling (we’re open to training those eager to learn!).
Ability to perform a range of tasks, including framing, trim work, and general labor.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Willingness to work on-site in varying conditions, including residential heights (up to 35 feet).
