About the Role:

Total Soccer, located in Warminster, PA, is seeking passionate and dedicated staff coaches to join our team. As a staff coach, you will have the opportunity to work with talented young athletes and help them develop their soccer skills in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate training sessions for youth soccer players

Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their skills

Assist in organizing and running soccer camps and clinics

Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff

Stay up-to-date on coaching best practices and training techniques

Requirements:

Prior coaching experience, preferably in youth soccer

Valid coaching certifications or willingness to obtain them

Passion for working with young athletes and helping them reach their full potential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
