What You'll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive dental care: exams, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, extractions, root canals (anterior/premolar), and dentures.

• Diagnose and create individualized treatment plans for patients.

• Lead and oversee the on-site dental program, including supervision of dental staff (if applicable).

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and overall dental health.

• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health professionals to coordinate care and manage referrals.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and detailed clinical documentation.

• Ensure proper sanitation, inventory control, and regulatory compliance within the dental unit.

• Respond to emergencies and provide urgent dental interventions when needed.

• Participate in audits, safety reviews, and continuous quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school of dentistry

• Current and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of employment

• At least 1 year of experience preferred (new grads also encouraged to apply)

• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills

• Excellent communication, ethical judgment, and teamwork ability

• Valid drivers license preferred (as applicable)
