This is an opportunity for a seasoned product leader to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment, working on technologies that power billions of connected devices worldwide.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Strategic Leadership: Define and execute long-term product strategies aligned with market trends, customer needs, and Qualcomm\u2019s IoT vision.\n * Product Ownership: Manage assigned IE-IoT Wi-Fi product lines throughout their lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.\n * Customer Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer by capturing requirements, building strong relationships, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.\n * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, program management, and global sales teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.\n * Market Analysis \u0026 Business Case Development: Conduct competitive analysis, evaluate market opportunities, and provide financial justification for portfolio decisions.\n * Roadmap Development: Drive roadmap planning and communicate product vision internally and externally through compelling presentations.\n * Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on market trends, design wins, roadmap execution, and strategic targets to senior leadership.\n * Thought Leadership: Represent Qualcomm at industry events, customer meetings, and internal forums to promote connectivity solutions.\n\n\n\nThis is an office based position that can be located Qualcomm\u0027s San Diego or Santa Clara locations and is expected to comply with the company\u0027s onsite work policy.\n\nOther Requirements\n\n * Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field. \n\u2022 5+ years of Product Management or related work experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Experience: 10+ years in leadership, organization, communications, and decision-making within a highly technical enterprise environment.\n * Product Management: 3+ years managing high-volume wireless semiconductor and SoC products.\n * Technical Background: Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies.\n * Skills: Strong technical, financial, and business acumen; exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills; proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\n * Industry Experience: Wi-Fi/Bluetooth development or product management experience.\n * Education: Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Engineering or Computer Science; MBA preferred.\n\n\n\nQualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
