Staff DRAM Product Applications Engineer

Product Engineering & Validation Lead validation and characterization of DRAM products on system platforms and next-generation processors. Analyze yield and performance data to optimize reliability. Conduct root-cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions. Define and update component specifications and technical documentation. Develop application notes, design guides, and training materials. Provide SI/PI guidance, memory controller timing recommendations, and bring-up support. Collaborate with R&D, design, manufacturing, and marketing to influence product features and roadmaps. Drive test automation and data analysis using Python, Linux, and analytics platforms (e.g., JMP). Prepare and present materials for Stage Gate reviews, communicating product strategy and specification trade-offs. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in DRAM product or applications engineering. Strong knowledge of DRAM architecture and standards (DDR4, DDR5, HBM, GDDR). Deep understanding of system architecture and memory integration. Proficiency in Python, Linux, and analytics tools (e.g., JMP). Experience with high-frequency lab equipment and SI/PI fundamentals. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills for customer and cross-functional engagement. Willingness to travel as needed. Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
