Fulton Commons Care Center is seeking a Staff Educator!

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: Up to $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year with benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Staff Educator to join our team at Fulton Commons Care Center. In this role, you will play a critical part in staff development, clinical education, and infection control. You will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based educational programs that promote the ongoing professional growth of our nursing team while maintaining infection control protocols that ensure the safety of our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  Develop and implement evidence-based, quality education programs to enhance staff competency and the delivery of high-quality clinical services.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with management, staff, and external partners to assess, integrate, and evaluate educational needs and resources.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop, review, and update training manuals, policies/procedures, job aides, and clinical pathways.

  
  


• 
  

  Educate staff on clinical policies, criteria, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct new staff orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct quality review audits of the clinical team and strategic partners to ensure that company protocols and standards are being met.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  New York State RN License required.

  
  


• 
  

  Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years of clinical experience as a registered nurse preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to foster a positive learning environment and ensure staff compliance with healthcare standards.
