Conduct comprehensive property condition assessments.
Perform geotechnical research and site investigations
Oversee construction materials testing and inspections
Assist with soil borings, test pits, and subsurface explorations
1-3 years of relevant experience in engineering or architecture

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
Willingness to travel for field work as needed
