Staff Engineer, FE Global Planning Layout

Partner with facilities and site teams to enhance manufacturing capabilities through innovative fab design solutions. Orchestrate the transition from 2D to 3D CAD systems across U.S. sites, advancing layout planning technologies. Coordinate global performance metrics and author comprehensive documentation for standard operating procedures and best-known methods. Collaborate with external suppliers and industry experts to gather benchmarking insights and drive strategic performance enhancements. Work multi-functionally to deliver tactical support and optimize layout designs for exceptional space utilization. Identify and implement high-impact layout strategies to maintain competitive advantage on a global scale. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering. 7+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong focus on fab layout, industrial engineering, or closely related subject areas. 5+ years experience Greenfield and Brownfield fab design while improving production tool space density. 5+ years experience using Autodesk AutoCAD within a semiconductor environment. 3+ years of experience resolving sophisticated challenges through collaboration across multi-functional teams. Master's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering. 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong focus on fab layout, industrial engineering, or closely related subject areas. 7+ using Navisworks, Inventor, and Revit within a semiconductor environment. 5+ years' experience direct people management or as a lead engineer in semiconductor environment.
