This position will be full time and located in South Bay, CA (preferred); Rancho Bernardo, CA or Melbourne, FL.\n\nThe successful candidate will be required to work closely with the R\u0026AD EI\u0026E Leads to meet all current and projected technical operations and project management needs and challenges, and function as focal point and driver for business metrics, data calls and financial execution to meet current and future RAD program execution needs.\n\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\n * Leads staffing/hiring/redeployment administrative tasks. \n\n * Represents the R\u0026AD SW, Surv, AVI, T\u0026E, Product Support and VE in Weekly Staffing Meetings. Strategizes with the Program Leadership Team to implement solutions for all staffing challenges. Organizes and facilitates weekly functional and program staffing meetings. Tracks the start dates of incoming candidates. Ensures POST/Workday entries maintenance and reconciliation. Reports status to Section Managers and EI\u0026E Leads. Pulls data, prepares charts, affirms status, projects status and devises go forward plan. Supports University Relations and Recruiting (UR\u0026R) activities with R\u0026AD UR\u0026R POC.\n\n * Acts as the Resource Manager for the R\u0026AD EI\u0026E. Performs Office locations/relocations/archibus data entry \u0026 validation tasks for new and relocating employees. Supports onboarding tasks prescribed in Workday. Leads Provisioning Tasks (computers, phone, badges, wireless). Assists with arranging loaner laptops for new employees as necessary.\n\n * Performs Security Clearance Submittals and Tracking for new employees.\n\n * Leads development and implementation of employee development strategies and the associated tracking of training activities. Analyzes Training currency (who, what, when) to ensure that training certifications do not lapse. Tracks ASTAR certifications and LX mandatory training compliance metrics, and sends out e-mails to employees who are overdue. Coordinates and reserves training facilities for training classes.\n\n * Performs Facilities/Labs/Infrastructure administrative tasks. Performs Property Management \u0026 Test Equipment Tracking to ensure compliance with required processes and procedures.\n\n * Maintains management and communication of operational cadences. Tracks spending on BRAVO, Indirect, Capital, and NCTA projects.\n\n * Leads development and implementation of EI\u0026E processes, including the collection, reporting, and analysis of staffing, performance, quality, and other engineering metrics.\n\n * Drive common people processes across RAD Engineering teams; ensure execution of human resource management functions inclusive of staffing fulfillment, redeployment, and release processes; report status including analysis of program staffing, growth, skills projections, and direct labor rates (DLR).\n\n * Coordinate with EI\u0026E leadership team, program, and other functional counterparts to achieve the RAD EI\u0026E annual operating plan (AOP) and long-range goals and objectives\n\n * Provide support to technical training and skills development requirements through coordination and collaboration with CoTE and EI\u0026E teams across RAD Engineering; coordinate skills development initiatives across all Engineering to influence outcomes\n\n * Coordinate proposal functional reviews and approval sign offs by all required RAD and EI\u0026E stakeholders, as applicable\n\n * Coordinate, author, and deliver weekly and monthly status reports to EI\u0026E Leads\n\n * Execute projects in support of RAD EI\u0026E as tasked by the RAD EI\u0026E Leads\n\n\n\n\nAs representative of the RAD EI\u0026E Leadership team, you always act with integrity, and the highest ethical standards characterize everything you do. Execute projects in support of RAD EI\u0026E as tasked by the RAD EI\u0026E Leads\n\n * Experience interfacing effectively with all levels of employees and Leadership.\n\n * Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Proven experience supporting an Engineering Section, Department, Assistant Department Manager and/or Staffing Lead\n\n * In-depth knowledge of the NGAS Engineering organization and its operation\n\n * In-depth knowledge and experience with the NGAS resource management process inclusive of staffing, redeployment, and release processes\n\n * Previous experience supporting broad initiatives led by VP, Director or DM\n\n * Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning and presentation skills\n\n * Experience developing and executing executive-level presentations and briefings.\n\n * Microsoft Teams experience.\n\n * Current and active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access.\n\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $0.00 - $0.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
