Ensure Audit Readiness: Drive site preparedness for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits with strong documentation and process compliance. Promote Quality Culture: Champion initiatives like EFQM, MQA, DL0 workshops, QGC, and 12D to embed a quality-first mindset. Foster Continuous Improvement: Encourage risk-based thinking and ongoing improvement across all organizational functions. Manage Audits: Plan and conduct internal audits; support external audits and customer visits, ensuring timely closure of findings. Provide Technical Expertise: Apply advanced quality tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, control plans) and deliver training on QMS standards and best practices. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with global and local teams to align strategies, share lessons learned, and support network quality programs. Drive Recognition Initiatives: Act as liaison for quality-related recognition programs and promote engagement in quality excellence activities. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field. At least 8+ years' experience in semiconductor industry or EMS Industry with annual revenue in excess of $1 billion USD Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence across teams. Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. In-depth knowledge and experience in effecting deploying EFQM, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, control plans, SPC, MSA, and risk-based approaches. Experience in deploying quality improvement programs and managing complex projects. Demonstrated success in driving cultural change and continuous improvement.
