This position is located in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL supporting the Sentinel program. \n\nThis role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Get To Do:\n\nThe selected candidate will be responsible for supporting Software Quality Assurance (SQA) with the oversight/reporting of the software effort for the Sentinel program while working within a fast-paced Agile/SAFe software development environment. Our focus is on ensuring process execution and quality is built into the development, testing, and release of the software deliverables.\n\nThe successful candidate will have extensive experience as a Software Product Owner, Software Project Manager, or Software Quality Assurance Engineer and experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. \n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 12 years of related experience or a Master\u0027s degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or 8 years with a Ph.D\n\n * Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years\n\n * Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs\n\n * Recent experience working within a large Agile/SAFE software program as a Software Product Owner or Software Project Manager.\n\n * Full understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the processes, plans, standards, industry practices and tools required of a mission-critical program.\n\n * Experience working within an Agile/SAFe environment (fast-paced/incremental development/delivery) with focus on first time quality.\n\n * Experience with Jira, Confluence, Cameo, DOORS, Gitlab, and static analysis tools.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Experience in Missile Systems/Sub-Systems design, construction, or sustainment\n\n * Experience in process monitoring, data collection, analysis, and metric reporting for a large program/supplier-base.\n\n * Experience in Peer Reviews and Code Reviews\n\n * Experience in software build testing, qualification, and Integration and Test\n\n * Able to read and understand Software Code (C++, Java, Python, etc.)\n\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $139,000.00 - $230,400.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
