Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15220
Schedule: Monday/Friday (5 days onsite)
Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Compensation: Up to $100K+ (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

• Take the lead on structural analysis and design for a wide range of projects: commercial, residential, institutional, and light-industrial

• Use Revit (BIM) and CAD to produce and manage construction documentation

• Integrate Revit models with engineering platforms like Tekla Structural Designer

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams on design adjustments

• Uphold BIM and firmwide drafting standards while managing change documentation

• Conduct site visits and assist with construction oversight as projects progress

• Work closely with firm leadership to ensure client goals and engineering best practices align

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering (required)

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in structural engineering

• Proficient in Revit, BIM, CAD, and structural design software

• Demonstrated experience working on low- to mid-rise building projects

• Comfortable with a daily commute (up to 1 hour) and working onsite full-time

Bonus Points For

• Master's degree in engineering

• PE or SE licensure (or working toward it)

• Previous experience in a small- to mid-sized engineering firm

• Familiarity with Pittsburgh's building codes or local industry standards

• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
