Shift:

*Rotating schedule*

Week 1: 4/10s, 9am-7pm

Week 2: 5/8s, 12pm-8pm

We have been providing long-term care pharmacy services since 2007, but we originated as part of our independent retail pharmacy, Tarrytown Pharmacy, which has been serving the local community since 1941. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the workflow processes which may include pharmacist verification and labeling/packaging
• Reviews medication orders and evaluates their appropriateness and completeness
• Complies with federal and local pharmacy laws as regulated by the Texas State Boards of Pharmacy, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Food and Drug Administration.
• Performs all job duties with a friendly, positive and team-oriented approach
• Maintains required licenses or certifications in good standing
• Complies with all company policies, procedures, rules and standards
• All other duties as assigned by Pharmacist-in-Charge

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must possess a Texas State Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist License
• Experience with document management system such as Docutrack or ECM preferred but not required
• Positive personality who is able to work well within a team
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Can de-escalate and troubleshoot problems within the pharmacy

Shifts:

Must be able to work the following *Rotating schedule*

Week 1: 4/10s, 9am-7pm

Week 2: 5/8s, 12pm-8pm

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to withstand long hours of computer screen time and deskwork
• Must be able to stand/be on feet for duration of an eight (8) hour shift
