Position Overview:

As a Staff Pharmacist, you’ll play a critical role in delivering personalized pharmaceutical care. You will ensure safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions, provide medication consultations, and collaborate closely with healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

        •       Accurately dispense medications, verifying dosages and potential interactions.
        •       Provide expert consultations on prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and health conditions.
        •       Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
        •       Manage inventory and ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
        •       Participate in the development of patient-centered care plans, including medication therapy management (MTM).
        •       Offer immunization services and other clinical initiatives.
        •       Stay informed about the latest advancements in pharmacology and healthcare protocols.

Qualifications:

        •       Active Pharmacist license in Maryland.
        •       Strong understanding of pharmaceutical standards and regulations.
        •       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        •       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative medical environment.
        •       Experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting is a plus, but not required.
