  • Provide thorough patient counseling for both traditional and compounded medications

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal, and Board of Pharmacy regulations

  • Maintain accurate compounding records and documentation

  • Support efficient workflow while upholding strong clinical standards

  • Assist in managing reimbursement and supporting prescription profitability

  • Maintain inventory levels, including compounding ingredients and supplies

  • Support training and development of pharmacy technicians

  • Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

Professional Development

  • Structured, hands-on compounding training program

  • Ongoing development in customized medication therapies

  • Opportunities to build clinical and operational leadership skills

  • Clear path for long-term growth within a growing organization

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required

  • Active California Pharmacist License in good standing

  • Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience preferred

  • Compounding experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate

  • Strong clinical judgment and mathematical accuracy

  • High attention to detail and commitment to documentation standards

  • Excellent communication and patient counseling skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods, perform compounding tasks, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made in accordance with applicable laws.

We are looking for a pharmacist who brings excellence, accountability, and a growth mindset. If you are seeking an opportunity to elevate your practice, build specialized skills, and make a meaningful impact in patient care, we encourage you to apply.
