Position: Long-Term Care Pharmacist (Potential for Permanent Placement for Suitable Candidate)
Pharmacy Hours:

• Sun: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Mon - Fri: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Satur: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: Carbondale, IL
Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Long-Term Care Pharmacist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity for permanent placement for the right candidate. As a Long-Term Care Pharmacist, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing accurate review and dosing of complex orders, including pharmacokinetic calculations and TPN monitoring. Excellent customer service skills are essential as you will interact with patients and healthcare professionals regularly. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising and verifying the accuracy of Technicians' work.
Duties:

• Review and accurately dose complex orders, including pharmacokinetic calculations and TPN monitoring.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.
• Clear and active pharmacy license in Illinois.
