Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is preferred.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• Candidates must live at least 40 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.

At least 5 years of Acute care experience-Required.

Hands on experience with Chemotherapy regimen review and prep-Required

Experience with all ages-Required.

IN PERSON Interview will be conducted.

Graduate of an APCE accredited school of pharmacy, or equivalent, with a minimum of a BS degree in Pharmacy.

Preferred Skills & Experience: -1-2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
