Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our private clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients. You will play a critical role in helping patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall quality of life through evidence-based physiotherapy practices.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
• Implement treatment programs that may include physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and exercise prescription.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care and discharge planning.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment options, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using EMR systems.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Work with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals requiring orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology relevant to patient care.

Experience

• Doctor of Physical Therapy license
• Love for growth and development as a leaders whether in management, program development, teaching or community roles.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for effective patient assessment and treatment.
• Background in geriatrics or pediatrics is a plus, along with an understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques.
