Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $78,000–$98,000 annually (depending on experience)
In addition, we offer:
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy
- Educate patients on recovery, mobility, injury prevention, and wellness
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers
- Maintain timely clinical documentation using AI-assisted technology
Qualifications
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong orthopedic and outpatient clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing outstanding patient care
