Staff Product Engineer

We are looking for a Staff Product Engineer to set the technical direction for a new generation of AI-native developer products. This role operates at the organizational level, owning architecture, solving complex product and engineering problems, and leading 0-to-1 initiatives that will shape the company’s next phase of growth.

You will serve as one of the organization’s key technical authorities and a force multiplier across the engineering team. You’ll raise technical standards, mentor senior engineers, and remain deeply hands-on while owning production outcomes. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who combines strong product judgment with exceptional technical leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the architecture for new products that do not yet exist in the market, helping define the next generation of AI-native developer tooling.


• Translate business and product strategy into long-term technical roadmaps and executable plans.


• Lead products from initial concept through design, development, launch, and scale.


• Take accountability for production outcomes, including reliability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence.


• Mentor senior engineers and raise engineering standards across the organization.

  • Deep experience architecting and delivering complex, customer-facing software products.
  
  
  • Strong product instincts and the ability to balance speed, technical quality, usability, and long-term platform considerations.
  
  
  • Experience driving 0-to-1 product development in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  
  
  • A history of shaping technical direction and leading through influence while operating as an individual contributor.
  
  
  • Experience mentoring senior engineers and improving engineering practices across a team or organization.
