This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities\n\n * Provide support to our Sentinel Team.\n * Selected candidate will support MA functions to ensure mission success.\n * Support technical reviews of all Sentinel drawings, SOW\u2019s, Requirements documents as required.\n * Performs or assures quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of Sentinel achievements.\n * Assesses Sentinel performance and risks, and determines resources to ensure mission assurance.\n * Assist the Program Quality Managers (PQM) with all Sentinel Mission Assurance /Program Management requirements. Support, develop, implement and maintain the Sentinel Program Quality Plans.\n * Support and facilitate Sentinel program FRBs ensuring identification of root cause and proper implementation of corrective actions and reach back and reach across.\n * Assist PQM in preparation and execution on of Program Preventive and Corrective Action Board (PCAB). Develop and maintain Sentinel Program Metrics.\n * Assist in the preparation of the Program Management Program Review packages. Support PQM with GBSD Customer Corrective Action Requests.\n * Support IPT MA \u0026 QE in Conditional Acceptance requirements and flow down.\n * Monitor timely closure of Conditionally Accepted hardware and work corrective actions with IPT MA \u0026 QEs.\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree with 12 Years of technical experience; 10 Years with Masters; 8 Years with PhD. Additional 4 years of experience required in lieu of a degree.\n\n\u2022 Current active Secret (S) security clearance or higher.\n\n\u2022 3 years of working experience with change processes relating to requirements or designs.\n\n\u2022 4 years of working experience supporting Quality Objectives.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 1 year experience with system engineering processes or model base system engineering (MBSE) concepts.\n\n\u2022 3 years experience with JIRA, CPLM, DOORS \u0026 CAMEO.\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $126,400.00 - $189,600.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
