If you love solving puzzles and driving improvement, you\u2019ll feel right at home with us!\n\nAs a Realtime Defect Analysis (RDA) HVM Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our production lines by identifying early signals of process drift and defects. This role is hands\u2011on, fast\u2011paced, and highly collaborative\u2014your work directly accelerates cycles of learning and helps ensure stable, high\u2011quality manufacturing across global sites.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Analyze inline defect signals, process flows, and tool behavior to detect anomalies\n\n * Quarantine and escalate out\u2011of\u2011control process tools\n\n * Drive continuous improvement through data\u2011driven problem solving\n\n * Implement and refine inspection strategies to enable earlier defect detection\n\n * Partner with global teams to align methods and share best practice\n\n * Work with new inspection tools and strategies to drive towards earlier detection of problems and identify the sources. \n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree + 3 years semiconductor manufacturing, RDA, or metrology experience in a 300mm fab\n\n * Experience using data analytics, scripting, or programming for process optimization\n\n * Ability to manage complex quality programs and collaborate across global teams\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Master\u2019s degree + 1 year, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science\n\n * Experience with advanced metrology and defect detection methodologies\n\n * Strong communication, leadership, and problem\u2011solving skills\n\n * Experience with root\u2011cause analysis, data manipulation, and correlation techniques\n\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSemiconductor Process Engineer 4\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
