Drive strategic risk mitigation initiatives across multiple business units and geographies. Lead cross-functional teams to assess, enhance, and align cybersecurity policies and controls with evolving compliance frameworks. Develop and manage vulnerability management processes, third-party risk governance, and insider threat programs. Present risk insights and compliance metrics to CxO-level stakeholders and boards. Coordinate internal and external audits, assessments, and compliance reviews. Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and lead initiatives to improve security compliance posture. 10-20% domestic and international travel is required. May telecommute part-time.\n\nEmployer will accept a Master\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Security, Project Management or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.\n\nPosition requires:\n\n1\\. NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)\n\n2\\. FedRAMP continuous monitoring and adaptive risk management\n\n3\\. PCI DSS, SOC2 Type2, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA\n\n4\\. Cybersecurity program management and remediation strategy\n\n5\\. Third-party risk management (TPRM) frameworks\n\n6\\. Insider threat operations and IAM policy development\n\n7\\. Vulnerability management and operational resilience\n\n8\\. Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)\n\n9\\. Risk/value/cost modeling and dashboarding\n\n10\\.
