What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and scale backend systems and internal tooling for our AI agent platform

• Own critical APIs and integrations with systems like ServiceTitan

• Lead complex features end-to-end, from early design through production rollout

• Improve real-time voice performance, reliability, and AI agent intelligence

• Mentor engineers and help establish best practices across the team

• Balance speed and quality while scaling systems that handle live customer traffic

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering

• Strong system design and architectural judgment

• Experience shipping and operating production systems at scale

• Comfortable in high-growth, ambiguous startup environments

• Ownership mindset and a bias toward execution
