Job Description - Staffing Account Executive

We are looking for a

Scientific Account Executive

to identify business, manage a specific local territory and build relationships with Science hiring managers. Some primary tasks would be cold calling, redeveloping existing accounts, setting appointments, handling proposals/pricing and closing deals.

100% REMOTE: Work from Home! (Must sit in the Houston, TX area) *but will cover Austin, San Antonio and Dallas

Earn a

base salary

and a

strong monthly commission bonus
$65,000-$75,000/year
Team Averages:
Year 1- $12,000-15,000K
Year 2-3 $20,000-50,000K
Year 3-4+ $55,000-100,000K+

Responsibilities
Develop business (cold call) / build relationships with prospective strategic customers, penetration of those accounts and retention of existing customers.
In addition, you will get a handful of existing accounts and leads to work from
Demonstrate a strong internal/external customer focus.
Adhere to the sales metrics and thresholds.
Remain current with competitive trends, staffing/human resource issues and market conditions and their effect on business.
Operating within company policy, exercises discretion and independent judgment in making decisions.
Build and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships not only with decision-makers & end users at current / prospective customers, but also with community leaders and representatives from relevant business associations

Qualifications
2+ years of Staffing Sales experience in business-to-business sales (scientific experience is preferred)
Proven ability to develop business; build consultative relationships; thrive in a team environment and have effective networking skills.
Collaborate effectively with all levels of management
Demonstrate a strong internal/external customer focus, positive personal leadership and drive, and solid negotiation and presentation skills.
Driven to succeed – Scientific solutions oriented with strong sense of urgency
Excellent verbal/written communications (presentations) and negotiation & interpersonal skills.
