POSITION OVERVIEW: A Staffing Agency Salesperson (Account Executive/Business Development Manager) will be responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new corporate clients and growing existing accounts through B2B sales techniques. They will be in charge of identify hiring needs, negotiating contracts, and securing job orders for temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct-hire talent.
Shift: Full Time, 8am-5pm, M-F
Location: Will start at our Asheboro office until we move to our Burlington location.
Pay Rate: $40k-$60k/annually DOE

Success Metrics: Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue goals. Increased client portfolio size and retention rates. Volume of new, qualified job requisitions generated.
