We’re hiring a Bilingual Care Manager to lead caregiver scheduling, recruitment, and care coordination. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our clients, caregivers, and leadership team.

  Coordinate Schedules and match caregivers based on skills and availability

  Train & Mentor caregivers through orientation and hands-on coaching

  Support Client Onboarding and ensure care plans are being followed

  
  


• 
  

  Step In When Needed—provide occasional hands-on care if shifts go unfilled

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with Families and address concerns professionally

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with Leadership to ensure quality, continuity, and client satisfaction

  
  

• 
  

  ✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) — Required

  
  


• 
  

  ✅ Previous caregiving or CNA experience — Required

  
  


• 
  

  ✅ Experience in healthcare management is preferred

  ✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills

  ✅ Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clear background check

  Schedule: Monday–Friday (daytime hours)

  Rotating on-call (some evenings/weekends)

  Local travel to client homes

• Salary: $35,000–$42,000/year (based on experience)
