Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling Superstar: Develop and manage schedules to ensure our nursing department is fully staffed based on budget and census.
• Communication Pro: Answer calls from employees and applicants, prepare written correspondence, and coordinate interviews.
• Problem Solver: Address staff call-ins and consult with nursing staff to eliminate problem areas and improve services.
• Record Keeper: Assist in documenting attendance and tardiness for performance management.
• Reliable Team Member: Ensure punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 

Licenses/Certification

• None required.

Experience

• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
