Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate caregiver schedules for optimal client care
• Ensure timely and accurate communication between clients and caregivers
• Maintain and update scheduling software
• Address inquiries and concerns with a focus on providing excellent customer service
• Monitor and maintain staffing levels to ensure quality care

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, patient, and a team player
