Staffing Coordinator

POSITION TITLE: Onsite Staffing Coordinator - Vietnamese Speaking

LOCATION: Fremont, CA

COMPENSATION: $58,240 - $66,560 ($28 - $32 / hour)

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is looking to hire an Onsite Specialist who can speak Vietnamese for our client in the Fremont, CA area. The ideal candidate will be a success-driven self-starter, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who has the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

• Manage all placement-related activities and office operations, including proper scheduling of new starts and working with site leadership to ensure proactive scheduling
• Watch all site-related spend to ensure adherence to budget
• Develop sourcing strategies and interview, assess and recommend candidates for hire. Identify and utilize resources to source and refer qualified candidates to fill open positions.
• Help recruiters with performing background & reference checks and making verbal job offers to candidates for hire; accurately maintain employee files, assist with the onboarding documentation of new employees and ensure documents shared with non-local teams.
• Must have impeccable organizational skills, strong writing skills, communication and social abilities
• Must be flexible, able to think quickly and maintain composure under pressure. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple assignments/tasks simultaneously

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual: Fluent English and Vietnamese
• 3+ Years of Customer Service, Account Management, Sales, or related experience
