About Us:
Acts Fleet Maintenance is growing, and finding the right people is key to our success. We’re looking for a Staffing Coordinator to partner with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth recruiting, onboarding, and staffing processes across the organization.
Position Summary:
The Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the hiring process. From scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications to assisting with onboarding and staff placement, this position ensures a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Talent Acquisition to coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring logistics.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely updates.
Assist in sourcing and pre-screening candidates when needed.
Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records.
Support onboarding by preparing schedules, documentation, and orientation materials.
Monitor staffing levels, new hire placements, and coordinate schedules to align with department needs.
Generate reports on recruiting activity, time-to-fill, and staffing metrics.
Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to anticipate and plan for future staffing needs.
Assist with various recruiting events and community initiatives.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR support.
Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
