The Staffing Coordinator supports agency operations by managing client intake, staff scheduling and payroll coordination to ensure safe, compliant and high-quality home care services. This role partners closely with the Executive Director and Clinical Manager to align staffing with client needs while maintaining regulatory and operational standards.

What You’ll Do:
• Participate in client intake calls/visits and serve as a key point of contact for families and referral sources
• Build and manage staff schedules using scheduling software to meet client needs and staffing requirements
• Ensure shifts are staffed within required timeframes and minimize schedule gaps
• Monitor timekeeping accuracy, approve hours and track overtime trends
• Conduct regular client satisfaction follow-ups and resolve concerns
• Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews and hiring events
• Maintain compliance with state/province staffing regulations and document retention policies
• Provide on-call coverage support and coordinate emergency shift replacements
• Track attendance metrics and address performance trends with leadership

Pay Range:

87,048.00 - 116,168.00
