Staffing Coordinator - Healthcare - CNA/HHA Preferred

STAFFING/SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE & CNA/HHA CERTIFICATION PREFERRED!

Elite Care Management, a rapidly growing home health care agency, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to support our private duty and home care Indiana office.

This role is a vital connection between our patients, caregivers, and internal teams—ensuring smooth scheduling, strong communication, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling for private duty and home care patients
• Respond to staffing needs, schedule changes, and new patient requests
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, caregivers, and referral sources
• Assist with on-call staffing needs as required
• Maintain accurate documentation and update records as needed
• Collaborate with HR and Clinical Managers regarding staffing performance or concerns
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• CNA/HHA preferred
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Strong ability to multitask and stay organized
• Independent problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
