The Staffing Manager is a key player in fostering client relationships and managing associates. You’ll recruit top talent, oversee onboarding, ensure smooth operations, and maintain a positive work culture. This role offers supervisory responsibility and the chance to make a real impact on our growth and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and onboard quality candidates


• Manage associate relations, coaching, and development


• Build and maintain strong client relationships


• Administer testing and training


• Process payroll and invoicing accurately


• Ensure office organization and compliance with company policies


• Resolve client and associate concerns professionally

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and computer skills


• Strong problem-solving and time management


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team


• Positive attitude under pressure

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting (0-30 lbs). Some driving and facility tours require
