Title: Staffing Manager
Reports to: Director of Delivery
FLSA Status: Salary- Exempt
Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes
Location: In-house
Employment Status: Full Time
Shift: 1st shift - typically Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Summary:
The Staffing Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of staffing functions, ensuring the successful recruitment, placement, and management of candidates for client companies. These individuals play a key role in fostering client relationships, managing recruitment teams, and driving the growth and efficiency of the staffing agency.

Work/Education Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone and email etiquette. Attention to detail. Relationship building skills. Multitasking & Time Management Skills. Patience and Good Listening Skills. Customer Focused with a consultative approach. High level of professionalism and Integrity. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, growth environment. Proven experience in a staffing, recruitment, or human resources management role, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience managing teams and working in a client-facing environment, preferably within a staffing agency or recruitment setting.

Physical Demands
Position may require individuals to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel and reach on occasion.
Position may require frequent traveling to prospective and existing clients.
