Staffing Recruiter - Dynamic Team

Staffinders, Inc. is looking for a Recruiter to work as the HR arm of our clients out of our Cuyahoga Falls office. Our recruiters hire for a range of positions.

The right candidate will be willing to go above and beyond to exceed the expectations of our clients. Applicants should have a professional background in customer service, human resources, or sales.

Recruiter Job Duties include:

• Screening, interviewing, and hiring stellar talent.
• Follow client requirements and preform necessary background checks and drug testing.
• Utilizing job boards, career fairs, and advertising to source talent.
• Working fast paced as a team/individually to get positions filled.
• Setting candidates up for payroll and job preparation.
• Keeping in close communication with clients and candidates on a continued basis.
• Work proficiently with our ATS system and other systems to stay organized and document information correctly and timely.

Recruiter Qualifications:

• Must have a “can do” attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong grammar, spelling, and proof-reading skills.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to quickly learn new software.
• Ability to successfully complete projects in a timely manner.
• Ability to identify issues and problem solve.
• Experience in customer service, sales, management, or human resources.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to commute locally.

Recruiter Knowledge Preferred but not Required:

• Avionte ATS/VMS System
• Microsoft Suite applications
• Outlook
• Job Board Sites (Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Career Builder etc.)
• Social Media Sites
