Staffing Specialist

We are looking for a Staffing Specialist to bring new employees on board, and create a positive workplace atmosphere. Staffing specialists will create and review job postings, update job requirements, and keep records of applicants.  This is an entry level position with growth opportunities. 

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep both paper and digital employee updates.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and similar software.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
• Ability to develop and use strategies for hiring people.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
