Stain/Spray Wood Finisher

We’re looking for an experienced Stain/Spray Wood Finisher to produce high-quality finishes on custom wood products. This role requires precision, consistency, and strong technical finishing skills.

What You’ll Do

• Apply stains, sealers, lacquers, and finishes using spray guns and hand-application methods
• Prep wood surfaces through sanding, patching, and cleaning
• Mix and match stains for accurate color consistency
• Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy
• Maintain spray equipment and keep the finishing area clean and safe

• Experience as a wood finisher in a spray/stain environment
• Strong knowledge of wood species and finishing materials
• Ability to match colors with precision
• Skilled with spray guns and finishing tools
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
