About the Role

We’re looking for a Sample Assembly Technician to join our team in Grandview, MO. In this role, you’ll help create and ship product samples—including pumps, sprayers, and dispensers—that are used by our internal teams and customers worldwide. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, assemble product parts, maintain sample inventory, and ensure our customers receive high-quality samples on time.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate sample requests – Work with the Standard Sample Lab, Customer Service, Sales, and Manufacturing teams to meet customer needs.
• Assemble and package products – Build pumps, sprayers, and dispensers using parts from the warehouse and operate equipment such as presses and drill presses.
• Manage shipping and logistics – Pack and ship samples to customers and sales representatives, order boxes and supplies, and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Maintain sample inventory – Track inventory levels, order additional parts as needed, and ensure accuracy of all sample stock.
• Support lab upkeep – Clean equipment, keep work areas organized, and follow all safety and environmental standards.

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or GED (required).
• At least 1 year of related work experience in assembly, shipping, or manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use office equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and solve practical problems.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear.
• Frequent use of hands for handling small parts and operating equipment.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, kneel, and occasionally push/pull loaded carts.
