The Position

The Stand-Up and Transition Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the onboarding and transition of markets and global functions into Organon’s Commercial Services operating model, with current focus on “The Hive” and its content and campaign execution capabilities. This role ensures a seamless roll-out of services and capabilities across global markets and functions, driving readiness, knowledge transfer, and operational excellence during the transition phase. This role will also support the identification of future opportunities and services/ capabilities to transition to Commercial Services.

Responsibilities

Market Roll-Out & Transition Management.

  • Lead the end-to-end stand-up process for new markets and services, including readiness assessments, onboarding, and hypercare support.

  • Develop and execute transition plans, ensuring alignment with global timelines and program objectives.

  • Continuously refine and enhance the Market Deployment Playbook to establish a replicable, scalable, and accelerated framework for rolling out The Hive services across future markets.

  • Coordinate knowledge sharing and training sessions for market teams and vendors.

  • Oversee activities to validate process adoption and quality, being active in devising/recommending corrective actions to take and having responsibility to driving/coordinating those activities.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary liaison between markets, global franchises, and The Hive leadership during transition.

  • Partner with identified market leaders, and particularly with cEDGE market leads, to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth integration of processes and tools.

  • Manage communications and change management activities to drive adoption and minimize disruption.

Process and Governance

  • Ensure compliance with program governance frameworks, including escalation protocols and issue tracking.

  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs during transition; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.

  • Document and standardize best practices for replicability and scalability across markets.

Continuous Improvement

  • Capture feedback from markets and vendors to refine onboarding processes.

  • Drive enhancements to service models and transition methodologies.

  • Support innovation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.

Expansion and future capabilities

  • Identification/scoping of new capabilities.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • at least 8+ years in commercial operations, commercial services, marketing operations, GBS operations and/or process excellence
  • Proven leadership in market onboarding, transition management, or service deployment.
  • Experience managing readiness assessments, onboarding, and hypercare.
  • Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and vendor partners.
  • Skilled in developing or refining market deployment playbooks and scalable frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management across markets, franchises, and central teams.
  • Effective communicator with solid change‑management experience.
  • Strong governance mindset: issue tracking, escalation protocols, KPIs/SLA monitoring.
  • Analytical, process‑oriented, and comfortable working with performance metrics.
  • Strong problem solving
