Position Summary

The Barista is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving quality beverages and food products. This role supports a welcoming, clean, and engaging environment that reflects brand standards and enhances the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service.


• Prepare beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.


• Operate cash registers and follow all cash-handling procedures.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.


• Follow safety, security, and sanitation policies.


• Support team members and maintain a positive work environment.


• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Job Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.


• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.


• Prior cash handling experience preferred, but not required.
