  • Prepared and served a variety of Starbucks beverages, including hot and iced coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, Frappuccinos, refreshers, and teas.
  • Took customer orders accurately and provided friendly, professional customer service.
  • Operated Starbucks equipment, including espresso machines, coffee brewers, blenders, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintained a clean, organized, and sanitary beverage preparation and service area.
  • Followed Starbucks recipes, portion standards, food-safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
  • Prepared food items and ensured products were properly stocked and displayed.
  • Managed multiple orders efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Handled cash and card transactions and balanced customer orders accurately.
  • Monitored inventory and restocked coffee, milk, syrups, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed.
  • Worked effectively as part of a team to provide fast and high-quality service.
