Shift Supervisor

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: Store Manager

Supervises: Baristas

Position Summary

The Shift Supervisor supports the Store Manager by overseeing daily operations and supervising staff during assigned shifts. This position ensures quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and deploy resources during assigned shifts.


• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.


• Assist with training, coaching, and performance feedback.


• Execute opening and closing procedures as assigned.


• Ensure compliance with cash-handling and safety procedures.


• Communicate operational needs to management.


• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Job Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to coach and motivate team members.


• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.


• Prior food service or customer service experience preferred.

Job Environment

• Retail food and beverage environment.
