*This position is on the road going to patient homes. This is NOT an In-Office position*

My Choice Therapy is a growing Home Health Therapy company providing quality services to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for skilled and patient-focused Therapists to join our growing team! We have coverage across Menifee and surrounding cities and communities in southwestern Riverside County, California. These include Murrieta, Temecula, Lake Elsinore, Perris, Hemet, San Jacinto, Wildomar, Canyon Lake, Winchester, Romoland, Sun City, Nuevo, Quail Valley, and Homeland.

Experience/Required licenses/ Credentials/ Certifications:

• CPR Certification


• Driver’s license & Auto insurance


• Physical Exam & TB Clearance from within 6 months


• Professional liability insurance


• A valid practicing license from the State of California
  


• Start of Care (SOC)


• 1 year of Home Health Experience
