Pay increases exponentially based on position and experience.

High Plains Mental Health Center – We’re Here For You!

· Must be 21+ years old 

· Must pass all required background checks (KBI, KDADS)

· Physically capable of working in high-pressure situations and responding to emergencies

· Must comply with TB testing and health screening protocols

· Must provide a medical clearance or documentation of necessary accommodations

· Will complete required orientation, safety, and direct care training per Kansas regulations
