Your mission:

You ensure that Skyguide's Air Traffic Management systems are safe, reliable, and ready for operations. Working closely with engineers, suppliers, and operational stakeholders, you drive end-to-end verification and validation while continuously improving testing, automation, and quality standards.

Your tasks:

• Design and execute integration, system, and end-to-end tests across software, hardware, and external interfaces, ensuring safe and reliable operations 


• Develop and maintain automated test suites, driving innovation and continuous improvement in testing practices 


• Analyse defects, perform root cause investigations, and collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to achieve sustainable solutions 


• Define and implement test strategies, taking ownership of coverage, traceability, and risk mitigation 


• Enhance test frameworks, tools, and methodologies to strengthen system-level validation and operational excellence 


• Coordinate testing activities across multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and transparency 


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality standards, processes, and automation capabilities

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, combined with several years of experience in system integration, verification, and testing of complex systems 


• Strong expertise in test automation (e.g., Squish and JMeter) and scripting/development languages such as Python or Java, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement 


• Experience applying ISO 15288, ED-153/ED-109 or DO-178C standards is highly desirable


• Proven ability to take ownership of test strategies, verification activities, and quality outcomes in large-scale projects 


• Problem solving: You analyse complex system issues, identify root causes, and approach solutions in a structured and systematic way


• Teamwork: You collaborate effectively with engineers, suppliers, and operational stakeholders, actively sharing knowledge, ideas, and insights to achieve common goals


• Proficient in spoken and written English; good command of French and/or German is an advantage
