Position Title: Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (Spanish-English)

Location: Illinois – School-Based Setting

Employment Type: Full-Time | 2025–2026 Academic Year

We are seeking a passionate Bilingual (Spanish-English) Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality, culturally responsive services to students across a diverse school community. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a lasting impact on bilingual and multilingual learners.

Responsibilities:

Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultative support as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success.

Conduct evaluations and provide direct speech-language therapy to students in both English and Spanish.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with students’ communication goals.

Requirements

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.

Active Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL).

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) encouraged to apply.
