Diehl Collision of South Hills is looking for an experienced Start-to-Finish Collision Repair Technician to join our growing team. If you're a well-rounded technician who takes pride in handling the complete repair process—from disassembly to final reassembly—we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complete collision repairs from teardown through final assembly


• Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components


• Complete metal work, panel alignment, and vehicle reassembly


• Diagnose repair needs and follow manufacturer repair procedures


• Ensure repairs meet the highest standards for quality and safety


• Communicate effectively with estimators, painters, and management to keep repairs on schedule


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous collision repair experience required


• Ability to complete repairs independently from start to finish


• Experience with frame and structural repairs is a plus


• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are preferred but not required


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
