The Office of the State Attorney, Second Judicial Circuit of Florida serves as the chief prosecuting authority for Leon, Gadsden, Jefferson, Liberty, Franklin, and Wakulla counties. The Work You Will Do:
The SAO2 Purchasing/Travel Coordinator is a highly responsible clerical-accounting position that involves preparing and maintaining a variety of accounting reports, statements, and related documentation, as well as coordinating purchasing, travel, fleet and facility support functions for all five offices. Responsibilities include procuring office supplies, equipment, and furniture; maintaining contractual agreements with vendors; coordinating travel arrangements for employees and witnesses; managing fleet inventory; assessing and coordinating routine facility needs with agency partners; assisting in the development of more effective procedures; and conducting analyses of accounting data.

By coordinating purchasing, travel, fleet and facility support functions, this position enables prosecutors, investigators, victim witness staff, and legal assistants to focus on advancing the agency's mission. Serving as the sole coordinator for these essential functions, you will exercise independent judgment, manage multiple priorities, and provide reliable support across all five offices. Your initiative, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional customer service will help maintain efficient operations and contribute to the continued success of the State Attorney's Office.
Pay:
Anticipated Salary Range: $33,136 - $40,000. Internal transfers will be considered based on applicable experience.
